Eagles Announce "Ticket to Win It" Campaign

The Cape Breton Eagles announced today the beginning of a brand new promotion for Eagles' fans, "Ticket To Win It".

Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 21., for each Eagles home game at Centre 200 in Sydney withan attendance over 3000, the organization will be giving back to its fans by offering one lucky ticket holder in the building a $3000 cash prize!

"3 thousand in the stands, 3 grand in your hand"

Nearing the end of the third period of each eligible game,one ticket will be randomly chosen from a digital database and a cheque will be presented to the lucky ticket owner after they provide proof of said ticket. In order to be eligible to receive the cheque, the ticket owner must be in attendance of the game.

Season ticket holders will also be permitted for every eligible home game, but must be in attendance and in their seart to win.

Ticket holders of all ages will be eligible to win, however, those under 18-years-old must have an adult accompany them when they recieve the cheque. However, the adult or guardian does not need to be a ticket holder or be in attendance for that day's game to receive the check on behalf of the winner.

"The Cape Breton Eagles are very excited to launch this campaign and give back to our fans, " said Brand Embassador and Asst. General Manager Joey Haddad. "We have been asking a lot from our community in terms of coming out and supporting our team and it feels great to be able to give back to our fans and supporters when we hit certain attendance markers. It is no secret that our players benefit from big crowds and high energy, this giveaway incentives and rewards fans to come out and contribute to that atmosphere. Not only for our players, but for all of us at The Nest every night."
