Dusty Hannahs and Eli Pemberton Named to USA Basketball Men's World Cup Qualifying Roster

SANTA CRUZ, CA - Santa Cruz Warriors guards Dusty Hannahs and Eli Pemberton have been named to the February 2023 USA Basketball Men's World Cup Qualifying Roster.

Hannahs has appeared in 28 games (20 starts) this season and owns averages of 17.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 30.9 minutes per game. The guard will make his USA Basketball debut.

Pemberton has played in 26 games (13 starts) this season averaging 10.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 22.5 minutes per game. The guard was named to the November 2022 USA Basketball Men's World Cup Qualifying Roster and appeared in two games averaging 5.0 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 12.5 minutes per game.

Coached by Jim Boylen, the USA squad will participate in the sixth and final competition window of the 2023 FIBA World Cup Qualifying games. The United States will play Uruguay on Thursday, February 23 at 7:10pm ET and Brazil on Sunday, February 26 at 7:10pm ET.

The Warriors will host the Austin Spurs after the All-Star break on Wednesday, February 22 at Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz. The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive an Andrew Wiggins Posterized Bobblehead.
