Owen Sound Attack News Release

Hockey Canada announced today that Attack forward Aidan Dudas has been invited to the National Junior Team Sport Chek Summer Development camp this summer from July 27 to August 4th in Plymouth, Michigan.

The summer tournament is part of Hockey Canada's selection process for the upcoming IIHF World Junior Championship, taking place from December 26th, 2019 to January 5, 2020 in the Czech Republic.

The 19 year-old Los Angeles Kings prospect played in all 68 games this past season, scoring 26 times and adding 36 assists for 62 points on the year. Dudas has previously skated for Team Canada with the U16, U17 and U18 programs.

The Parry Sound native is excited for the opportunity: "It's an honour to be invited by Hockey Canada. I'm going to be competing with the best junior players in the country for a spot, and I'm looking forward to the challenge"

Attack General Manager Dale DeGray knows he's earned it: "He's one of the hardest working players in the league, and if he brings that attitude to Hockey Canada anything is possible. His motor and his scoring ability are top tier and we're thrilled that he's being recognized by an elite program."

Owen Sound Attack season tickets are available! Contact the MacVicar & McComb Remax Attack Box Office for more information at 519-371-7452.
