The Ducks have selected defenseman Rodwin Dionicio with the 129th overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.
Dionicio, 19 (3/30/04), completed his second OHL season last year, thriving after a midseason trade to Windsor. In 33 games with the Spitfires, the 6-foot-2 blueliner tallied 43 points and a +10 rating, leading club defensemen in scoring and assists.
Born in New Jersey before being raised and playing most of his minor hockey in Switzerland, Dionicio owns 81 points in 107 career OHL games.
