Doubleheaders Moved to 5:05 p.m. Starts

HARLINGEN - The Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings announced on Thursday that all remaining doubleheaders at Harlingen Field will get underway at 5:05 p.m., rather than 6:05 p.m., with gates opening at 4:05 p.m.

The WhiteWings have three doubleheaders remaining on the schedule, against the San Angelo Colts on August 2, the McAllen Thunder on August 13 and the Edinburg Roadrunners on September 1.

Each doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning games, with approximately 30 minutes in-between games.
