
'Dogs Start Nine-Game Road Trip with Four in Texas this Week

With playoff hopes on the line, the Hamilton Bulldogs start a nine-game road trip this week with four games in Texas.
On Tuesday, March 25th, the Bulldogs will visit the Texas Stars (American Hockey League affiliate of the Dallas Stars) at Cedar Park Center in Cedar Park, Texas at 8:30 p.m. ET. The game will be the third of four between these teams this season and Hamilton's first visit to Cedar Park in 2013-2014.
On Friday, March 28th, Hamilton will take on the San Antonio Rampage (AHL affiliate of the Florida Panthers) at AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas at 8:30 p.m. ET. The matchup will be the third of four between the 'Dogs and Rampage in 2013-2014 as well as Hamilton's first visit to San Antonio this season.
The Bulldogs will return to Cedar Park to go head-to-head with the Stars for the final time this season on Saturday, March 29th at 8:00 p.m. ET.
On Sunday, March 30th, Hamilton will wrap up the Texas portion of the nine-game road swing with a 5:00 p.m. ET contest with San Antonio back at AT&T Center in the final game between the two teams this season.

The Hamilton Bulldogs surrendered three goals in a 53-second span late in the first period and they couldn't recover as the Abbotsford Heat went on to beat the 'Dogs 5-1 on Saturday evening at FirstOntario Centre. Defenceman Nathan Beaulieu scored the only goal for the Bulldogs. Goaltender Dustin Tokarski made 19 saves on 23 shots and was credited with the loss, while backup Devan Dubnyk took over in the third period, stopping all five shots he faced in relief.
