Dillas Add Three Games to Schedule

Amarillo Dillas News Release

Amarillo Tx - The Amarillo Dillas have announced today that the three-game home stand beginning today, July 24, has been extended to a six-game home stand that will run through Tuesday, July 29.

The Dillas will play the Laredo Broncos in a three-game series beginning today as scheduled, but instead of traveling to San Anglo for a three-game series, the Dillas will play host the Edinburg Coyotes on July 27-29 in a three-game series.

The change in the schedule is due to the damage applied by hurricane Dolly to Edinburg Baseball Stadium, home of the Coyotes.

"I've been told by league executives that the Coyotes' stadium in Edinburg is in unplayable conditions as of right now," said Dillas General Manager Mark Lee. "So for now, the Dillas will stay home for at least the next six games."

Season ticket holders are encouraged to come by the Dillas office on 801 S. Polk or call the office at 342-0400 to claim their seats for the three additional games, running from July 27-29. The seats for the additional games will be held through July 26, before going on sale to the general public on July 27.

The start times for the newly acquired games will be 6:05 p.m. for Sunday's, while the Monday and Tuesday games are scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
