On the road again, Dillas face WhiteWings in first-round

AMARILLO, TX - If the Dillas are to three-peat as United League Champions it will happen on the road, again. The Dillas are in San Angelo tonight to officially close-out the regular season before heading to Harlingen to face the WhiteWings in game one of the best-of-three series of the first-round of post season play. Win or lose the first game, the Dillas will play Wednesday night at home for game two of the series with first pitch scheduled for 7:05pm.
With last night's loss by the Edinburg Roadrunners, the Dillas have secured the top seed for the post season tournament which means the Amarillo squad will begin both rounds (assuming they get past the first round) on the road. Here's the first round schedule game one will be played in Harlingen on tomorrow, game two and three (game three if necessary) in Amarillo on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.
Now, if the Dillas prevail in the first round they will play the winner of Edinburg-Laredo and either case they will begin the championship series at the lower seed, which means they play the first two games on the road on Friday and Saturday before returning home for games three, four, and five (games 4 and 5 if necessary).
So here's the bottom-line, the Dillas will play this Wednesday for sure and Thursday if necessary to determine a first-round winner. If the Dillas win the series they will travel Friday and Saturday then return home Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Monday and Tuesday's games only played if necessary to determine a champion. All home playoff games will start at 7:05pm with the exception of Sunday's match-up beginning at 6:05pm.

Individual tickets are $8, $6, and $5 for Field Box, Club Level, and General Admission, respectively. VISA and MasterCard accepted.
