Diablos fall to the RedHawks 12-3

El Paso, TX- It was another rough start in a series for the Diablos, falling badly to the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks giving up 12 runs, on 20 hits.

The Diablos gave up runs in six consecutive innings, against the RedHawks falling behind 9-3. Even though the pitching staff struggled, the Diablos offense struggled even more, the Diablos were blanked through the first three innings, only producing one hit.

The Diablos as they always do, fought; First Baseman Jonathan Cisneros, and Catcher Thomas McAlpine produced RBIs in the sixth inning to bring the score to 9-3.

After the Diablos two run inning, the offense stalled once again, as the RedHawks scored three more runs in the ninth inning, which produced the final score of 12-3.

This was Diablos first lose in a three game series with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, the Diablos now fall to 1-4 this season. The Diablos play tomorrow morning, 10:30 at Cohen Stadium on Kids Day.
