Detroit City FC News Release
On July 1, Detroit City Football Club and its partners will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the city of Hamtramck! Hamtramck residents can get free tickets to the 7:30 PM women's match versus Indy Eleven.
The Detroit City FC women's team will wear commemorative 100th anniversary jerseys inspired the Hamtramck community to be auctioned off after the match. Proceeds from the auction sales will go to the Hamtramck Historical Museum. The kit was designed by Detroit City FC Graphic Designer Devante Kennedy.
Hamtramck residents can pick up their free general admission tickets at several local establishments including the Hamtramck Historical Museum, Café 1923, and the Polish Arts Center during their regular hours of operation. Children will be admitted for free with ticket-holding adults.
