
Despite Road Closure, Bucks Doubleheader Will Start As Scheduled

Waterloo, IA - The Waterloo Bucks, members of the Northwoods League, have announced that Park Road, the only direct access to Riverfront Stadium, has been closed due to the Cedar River flooding. Despite the road closure, tonight's doubleheader versus the St. Cloud Rox is still scheduled to be played. Fans that are planning on attending tonight's games are encouraged to park on or around Conger Street.
Today's doubleheader is scheduled to start at 6:05 pm with gates opening at 5:30 pm. Tickets for the rained out May 29 game will be good for tonight's contest.
Flooding from the Cedar River is expected to crest this afternoon at 17 feet. Flood water is currently in the Riverfront Stadium parking lot. The field and stadium is currently not in danger.
