
Deschamps Scores 4, Leads Wildcats To 7-4 Win Over Val d'Or

The Cats built up a 3-0 lead in the first period. In a wild second, Val-d'Or tied it by the 3:40 mark. By the time the dust had settled, the Wildcats led 5-4 at the end of the period. Two empty nets goals with a minute and five seconds remaining in the final frame gave the Cats the victory.
Nic Deschamps scored four goals for Moncton while Randy Cameron had five assists. The Wildcats outshot the Foreurs 48-31.
