Mississauga - With less than a month to go before CFL training camps open, the Toronto Argonauts Football Club is pleased to announce that DT Terrence Reese has signed with the club.

Reese played four seasons at The Citadel Military College in his home state of South Carolina. He was an All-Conference player as a junior and recorded 133 career tackles. As a freshman, he started five of the 11 games in which he dressed.

Acquired: Signed as a free agent with Toronto on May 7, 2010.

College: Attended Citadel Military College from (2006-2009)...2009 Had a total of 12 tackles (8 solo, 4 assisted), also recorded 2 QB Sacks in his final year...2008 Played in all 12 games, starting in 11... Finished season with 49 total tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and 1 PKD...Named Coaches All-Conference First-Team All-Star and Media All-Conference Second-Team All-Star...2007 Started all 11 games...Totalled 41 total tackles, 2 QB sacks, 1 INTs and 2 PKDs...2006 Freshman who saw action in all 11 games, starting in five...Recorded 31 total tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 QB sacks and 2 PKDs...credited with two QB hurries and two pass breakups on the year.

Personal: Terrence is the son of Troy and Brenda Reese and his older brother Steven is a soldier in the U.S. Army currently stationed in Texas. Terrence was born in Fairfield, North Carolina but raised in North, South Carolina and attended North High School. There, he earned the Timothy Hutto Memorial Award for the football player with the highest G.P.A. He majored in sports management at the Citadel and enjoys working out and playing basketball.
