Winnipeg Blue Bombers News Release
WINNIPEG, MB â The Winnipeg Blue Bombers â in conjunction with the CFL, the Calgary Stampeders and the McMahon Stadium Society â are pleased to announce that its pre-season road game against the Stamps has been moved to Saturday, June 5, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. MDT (2:00 p.m. CDT).
The game was moved from its originally schedule date of June 3 to avoid a potential conflict with the Calgary Flames participation in Game 5 of the 2004 Stanley Cup Finals.
Fans who can't make the trip to Calgary to see the Bombers game on June 5 can follow all the great football action on CJOB 680. Legendary hall of fame broadcaster Bob Irving will provide the play-by-play and former Blue Bomber Mitch Zalnasky will do the color commentary.
