Winston-Salem Dash News Release
The Chicago White Sox have announced the following moves affecting the Winston-Salem Dash:
- OF Keenyn Walker promoted to Winston-Salem from Low-A Kannapolis
- INF Kyle Shelton (left hamstring strain) placed on disabled list
- INF Michael Johnson assigned to rookie-level Great Falls from Winston-Salem
Selected as a sandwich pick between the first and second rounds of the 2011 MLB Draft, Walker makes his first climb to High-A ball after hitting .282 with one home run, 39 RBI and 39 stolen bases over 74 games with the Intimidators.
