Darroch Agrees to Terms with Otters

The Erie Otters of the Ontario Hockey League have announced that right wing Sean Darroch (Da-rock) has signed a contract with the team.

Darroch was selected by the Otters in the eighth round (154th overall) of the 2011 OHL Priority Selection. Last season with the Oshawa Kinsmen, Darroch collected 39 points in 64 games.

The 6-foot, 190-pound right wing from Oshawa, Ont. is the eighth player from Erie's 2011 draft class to sign with the team. Darroch participated in the ETA Midget All-Star Game last Saturday along with fellow Otters prospect Justin Maiolino.

Darroch is expected to suit up Friday night in Sarnia when the Otters take on the Sting at 7:00 p.m. Fans can listen to the broadcast on Fox Sports Radio AM 1330 The Fan or online at ottershockey.com.
