
Dallas Wings Announce 2019 Regular Season Schedule

Arlington, TX - The Dallas Wings announced today the team's 2019 regular season schedule. The Wings will tip-off its fourth season, Friday, May 24, when the team travels east to face the Atlanta Dream at 6:30 pm CST. This is the first time since the franchise moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area the team will open against an Eastern Conference opponent.
Dallas Wings fans get their first glimpse of the 2019 squad on Saturday, June 1 when the team hosts four-time WNBA Champions, the Minnesota Lynx. Tip-off is set for 7 pm CST inside College Park Center in Arlington, TX.
After making an appearance in the 2018 WNBA Playoffs, the Wings will seek a return to the post-season under the guidance of new head coach Brian Agler. The 34-game regular season will run a total of 114 days, ending September 8.
The 17-home slate features nine games against Eastern Conference opponents and eight games against the Western Conference, with five games played on Saturday, four on Sunday, three on Thursday, two on Wednesday and Friday, and one Tuesday.
The team will host Candance Parker and the Los Angeles Sparks for the Wings annual camp day on July 9. Tip-off is set for 12 noon. All Sunday afternoon games will begin at 3 pm CST, while all games slated for Tuesday through Saturday will begin at 7 pm CST.
On the road, the Wings will make two visits to Chicago, Connecticut, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Seattle. The Wings longest road stint of the season will occur in late August when they travel east to face Connecticut, followed by their final matchup of the season against Minnesota. In June, the team will hold a three-home game stand starting on the 13th, when they host Indiana, followed by two more contests against Atlanta (June 15) and Phoenix (June 20).
The Wings will be featured this season on ESPN2 on August 22 when they travel north to face Maya Moore and the Minnesota Lynx. A complete television schedule will be released at a later date.
