July 24, 2023 - Major League Soccer (MLS)
D.C. United News Release
NEW YORK - Major League Soccer announced that D.C. United forward Nigel Robertha may participate in team activities immediately.
On July 21, MLS placed Robertha and D.C. United teammate Taxi Fountas on paid administrative leave while the league investigated possible violations of MLS policy. Placement on paid administrative leave is not a disciplinary action and is an interim measure for certain, serious matters until the league completes its review.
Fountas remains on paid administrative leave.
