Cincinnati Cyclones News Release

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators, announced today that rookie forward Travis Fuller has signed a 25-game tryout agreement with the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL). Fuller will be in Milwaukee in time for the Admirals game against the Houston Aeros on Thursday night (Nov. 8) at the Bradley Center.

Fuller, 20, is the Cyclones leading goal scorer with four and tied for the club lead in points scored (six). Travis had a two-goal game (including the game winner) in the season opening win at Dayton (5-4 on Oct. 20). He has had a pair of two-point games already this season.

Fuller played last season with Niagara in the OHL, netting 15 goals and 32 assists for 47 points in 43 games. Travis registered twelve multiple point games and collected five of his goals on the power play. He becomes the third player since training camp opened for the Cyclones to sign a contract with an AHL club (David Desharnais and Gerard Miller are the others).

"Travis Fuller has worked hard for this opportunity," Cyclones Head Coach Chuck Weber said. "Travis competed hard at Milwaukee's training camp and made an impression. Now, he has an opportunity to play at the AHL level."

Tickets for the 2007-08 Cincinnati Cyclones season are now on sale. The Cyclones play three games this week at U.S. Bank Arena, Wednesday (Nov. 7) against Wheeling, Thursday (Nov. 8) against Augusta and on Saturday (Nov. 10), with their 'Throwback Night' game against Augusta with all seats priced at $6.
