Owen Sound Attack News Release
The Owen Sound Attack is announcing that defenseman Keevin Cutting has been named the teams Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week.
The Captain of the Attack helped lead the squad to three victories this weekend over Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie and Saginaw on Sunday afternoon. The Bracebridge native picked up on assist in Sunday afternoons 4-3 shootout win over the Spirit.
Three wins on the weekend gives the Attack 45 points, three back of the London Knights for 1st place in the Western Conference and MidWest Division. Despite being three points back of London, the Attack sit 2nd overall in the OHL.
The Attack is back in action on Wednesday night when they host the Plymouth Whalers for their 3rd annual Grey Motors Toonies and Toys night in support of the Salvation Army. Fans are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy, cash donation or non perishable food item in support of the Owen Sound Salvation Army. Members of the Owen Sound Fire Department will be on hand to collect the donations.
Game time on Wednesday evening is 7:00pm.
