Crunch Recall Forward Alex Hutchings from Florida

Syracuse, NY- The Syracuse Crunch have recalled forward Alex Hutchings from the Florida Everblades of the ECHL, announced General Manger Julien BriseBois today.

Hutchings, 22, has 34 points (14g, 20a) in 40 games with the Everblades this season. The 5-10, 184-lb., winger has appeared in 118 career ECHL games, including four playoff games, with the Everblades, totaling 87 points (40g, 47a). He has also earned five points (2g, 3a) in 13 games, including one playoff contest, with the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL. Hutchings has recorded four points (2g, 2a) in 12 games with the Crunch this season. The Burlington, Ontario native was selected by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the fourth round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
