Coyotes Recall Samuelsson from Portland

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled forward Henrik Samuelsson on an emergency basis from the Portland Pirates, the club's American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).

The 21-year-old Samuelsson has appeared in two games with the Coyotes this season. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has also registered 14-21-25 and 52 penalty minutes (PIM) in 65 games with the Pirates.

Samuelsson was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the first round (27th overall) in the 2012 Entry Draft.
