Coyotes Recall Lessio from Portland

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled forward Lucas Lessio from the Portland Pirates, the club's American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).
The 21-year-old Lessio has appeared in three games with the Coyotes this season. The 6-foot-1, 212-pound native of Maple, Ontario has recorded 9-7-16 and 16 penalty minutes (PIM) in 26 games with the Pirates. He ranks second on the team in goals at the time of his recall.
Lessio was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the second round (56th overall) in the 2011 Entry Draft.
