Coyotes Recall Domingue, Assign Mckenna To Portland

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled goaltender Louis Domingue and assigned goaltender Mike McKenna to the Portland Pirates, the club's American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).

The 22-year-old Domingue has registered an 8-4-1 record with a 2.40 goals against average (GAA) and a .922 save percentage (SV%) in 13 games with the Pirates this season. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound native of Mont St-Hilaire, Quebec has also collected a 1-1-0 record with a 1.01 GAA and a .958 SV% in two games with the Gwinnett Gladiators (ECHL). Domingue was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the fifth round (138th overall) in the 2010 Entry Draft.

The 31-year-old McKenna is 16-13-2 with a 2.09 GAA and a .934 SV% in 32 games with the Pirates. McKenna was originally drafted by the Nashville Predators in the sixth round (172nd overall) in the 2002 Entry Draft.
