The Kalamazoo Wings and the Greenville Road Warriors will be spending the holiday together, as the teams will square off in the first of two straight battles against one another during the first-ever Old Burdick's Thanksgiving Night Game.
The K-Wings will have four fresh faces in the lineup tonight, as Alan Dorich, Brady Leisenring, Ryan McGinnis and Justin Taylor will all make their season debuts. Kalamazoo enters tonight in second place in the North Division, three points behind division leader, the Cincinnati Cyclones.
Starting a four-game road trip with a 5-4 victory last night against the Wheeling Nailers, Greenville enters the night in second place in the South Division, two points behind division leader, the Gwinnett Gladiators. The Road Warriors are led by Brendan Connolly, who enters the game on an eight-game point streak.

Plenty of Debuts
Alan Dorich, Brady Leisenring, Ryan McGinnis and Justin Taylor will all be making their season debuts tonight for the K-Wings. Dorich and Leisenring were signed earlier in the week as free agents, McGinnis was loaned this afternoon from the Manitoba Moose and Justin Taylor was reassigned from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers earlier in the week.
On a Roll
Besides Fournier two other players start the week on a roll. Both Jordan Fulton and Sam Ftorek have registered points in three straight contests.
Southern Hospitality
So far this season, the K-Wings have had trouble against teams below the Mason-Dixon Line. On the season, Kalamazoo is 0-3-0-1 against teams from the South Division.
Heating Up
Forward Andrew Fournier enters the week on a three-game goal streak. Fournier has lit the lamp four times in his last three games.
