For the second time this week, the Kalamazoo Wings will travel to the Sovereign Center to face-off against the Reading Royals. This afternoon is the final meeting of the regular season between the teams. On the season, the K-Wings are 5-0-0-0 against the Royals.
Entering the middle part of a seven-game road swing, the K-Wings have all won all three games on the trip thus far. Kalamazoo enters the Sovereign Center on a season-high nine-game unbeaten streak (8-0-0-1), as well as a season-high seven game winning streak.
Concluding a three-game home stand today is a huge contest for the Royals. Reading is in second place in the East Division, and currently hold a two-point advantage for eighth in the American Conference over Gwinnett and Wheeling and lead Trenton by three points.
