For the third-time this season, the Kalamazoo Wings will battle with the Cincinnati Cyclones. Tonight is the first of two straight games between the teams. On the season, Kalamazoo is 2-0-0-0 against Cincinnati, with both victories occurring at Wings Stadium.
Fresh off a stint in the American Hockey League, forward Rick Cleaver returns to the K-Wings. Cleaver, who leads the K-Wings with 19 points (8 goals, 11 assists), has missed the past two contests for Kalamazoo. The K-Wings enter the U.S. Bank Arena looking to extend a seven-game road unbeaten streak (6-0-1-0).
After two straight road contests, Cincinnati returns home to the U.S. Bank Arena, where they own a record of 3-2-0-0. With 15 points, the Cyclones enter the night in third place in the North Division, two points behind the Toledo Walleye for second.

Two for One
The K-Wings had a busy morning completing three transactions. Kalamazoo sent Trent Daavettila on loan to the Adirondack Phantoms, Rick Cleaver returned from the Hershey Bears and Worcester reassigned defenseman Louis Liotti to Kalamazoo.
Road Warriors
So far this season, Kalamazoo has been successful on the road. The K-Wings enter the week riding a seven-game road unbeaten streak in regulation (6-0-1-0).
Good Things Come in Threes
Forward Andrew Fournier starts the week on a three-game point streak. Fournier has produced five points (1 goal, 4 assists) during the streak.
