The Prince George Cougars announced this afternoon that they have traded 18 year old goaltender Mike Wall to the Everett Silvertips for a 4th Round Bantam Draft Pick in 2004. In Wall's only 2003 regular season appearance, he stopped 37 shots in 60 minutes while only allowing 6 goals. His goals against averaged tallied 6.0, while his save percentage totalled 86.05%. In 2002-03, the native of Telkwa, B.C played 14 games for the Cougars, producing a goals-against-average of 4.24 with 2 wins, 5 losses, 1 tie and an 89.36 save percentage.
This move leaves the Cougars with 19 year old goaltender Todd Ford, and youthful 6'3" stopper Justin Pogge.
