Rideshare Week 2012 runs from October 1-5 and is an annual statewide campaign that promotes carpooling, transit and other alternatives to driving alone as a means of easing traffic congestion and improving air quality.

"We are happy to be a part of Rideshare Week," said team president Matthew Riley, "we are continuously looking for ways to improve our community, and air quality is a serious issue for Kern County residents. We encourage our fans to carpool to our games whenever possible. Besides helping the environment, enjoying Condors hockey is always more fun as a group!"
