May 22, 2021 - Northwest League (NWL)
Tri-City Dust Devils News Release
In a game that went down to the wire at Gesa Stadium on Friday night the Tri-City Dust Devils (5-11) lost 3-2 to the Eugene Emeralds. The Dust Devils threatened with two runners on in the bottom of the ninth, but the Emeralds were ultimately able to hang on for the win.
Tri-City hurler Davis Daniel had one of the most impressive starts of the year for the Dust Devils. Daniel got a no-decision after allowing only three hits and one run in six innings of work. At the plate Tri-City's power was once again on display. Livan Soto had a solo home run to begin the bottom of the third inning for his team-high third home run of the season.
Coming up in the fifth matchup of the six-game series on Saturday night the Dust Devils will send right-hander Aaron Hernandez to the mound, while right-hander Caleb Kilian will toe the rubber for Eugene. It will be Red out the Park Night at Gesa Stadium. Where your Los Angeles Angels gear for a chance to win prizes throughout the evening.
Tickets for home games in May are now available by going to www.dustdevilsbaseball.com or by calling the team's office at (509) 544-8789. With capacity restrictions in place, it's more important than ever to get your tickets prior to the day of the game.
