Columbus Reassigns Hartigan to Syracuse

Syracuse, NY (January 28, 2004) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Columbus Blue Jackets have reassigned center Mark Hartigan to Syracuse.

Hartigan, 26, appeared in nine games with Columbus this season, recording one goal, three assists and six penalty minutes. In 32 games with Syracuse this season, Hartigan has recorded 14 goals, 12 assists and 31 penalty minutes. A native of Fort St. John, British Columbia, Hartigan was signed as a free agent by Columbus on August 15, 2003.

The Crunch host the Milwaukee Admirals tonight at 7 p.m. before heading to Toronto for a 7 p.m. start on Thursday, January 29.
