
P-Bruins fall to Hershey

Providence Bruins News Release
The Providence Bruins began a three-game road trip on Wednesday night in Hershey, Pennsylvania, falling 2-0 to the Bears. Despite the loss, the Black and Gold remains in second place in the Atlantic Division. The Bruins are 21-14-10-1 on the season, putting them in second place in the Atlantic Division, five points behind division-leading Hartford.
Bruin goaltender Tim Thomas was outstanding despite taking the loss, stopping 37 of the 39 shots he faced. He is 11-7-5 on the season.
The Bruins continue their three-game road trip on Friday, January 30 at 7:30 p.m., when they take on the Norfolk Admirals. They return to Hershey for a 7:00 p.m. faceoff on Saturday night. Both games will be broadcast live on WDDZ AM-550.
The Bruins return home to host the Hartford Wolf Pack on Friday, February 6 at 7:05 p.m.
