Colorado Eagles Sign Goaltender Eric Williams

WINDSOR, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles announced Wednesday that they have added amateur goaltender Eric Williams to the roster. The 6-foot, 175-pound netminder spent the previous four seasons in the WHL with the Prince Albert Raiders and most recently, the Spokane Chiefs.

The Langley, British Columbia native posted a 33-19-4 record during the 2013-14 season with the Chiefs, registering a 2.67 GAA and a .906 save-percentage. During his time in the WHL, the 20 year-old appeared in 204 total contests. Williams is expected to join the Eagles as they begin a three-game series against the Alaska Aces on Wednesday at the Budweiser Events Center.
