Collin Delia Named Merrimack Athlete of the Week

Collin Delia has been named the Fuddrucker's Men's Athlete of the Week after leading the Merrimack College men's ice hockey team to a weekend sweep of Clarkson University.
Making his second and third career starts in net on Friday and Saturday, Delia posted a 2-0-0 record on the weekend between the pipes. The rookie finished with 51 saves, allowing just one goal over a span of nearly 120:00 to help Merrimack sweep Clarkson and reach the 10-win mark in the second-fastest span in program history since joining Hockey East.
Delia now boasts a 1.63 GAA and .940 SV% in five appearances (four starts), as well as a 3-2-0 record in net. He and the rest of the Warriors take on No. 3 Boston University this weekend to close out the first half of the season.
