Cluff and Lindsly Homer in Sens' 7-3 Loss

Altoona plated five runs in the first inning and cruised to a 7-3 win over the Senators Sunday night in Altoona. Trailing 5-0 in the third, Jackson Cluff hit a two-run home run to trim the deficit to 5-2. Altoona matched those two in the fourth to reclaim a five-run lead. Brady Lindsly closed the scoring with a solo home run in the eighth inning.

Alex Troop took the loss Sunday night, allowing five runs in the first inning and seven altogether. He did retire the final eight batters he faced. Danny Dopico retired all six batters he faced.

Jackson Cluff had two hits, the two-run home run and a single. Wilson Garcia had two hits, one of them of a double. Dondre Hubbard had two hits and scored a run. Brady Lindsly homered.

Altoona took the season four games to two. The Senators didn't commit an error. Both teams had eight hits in the game.
