Clark to be Inducted into Wall of Honour

Prince Albert, SK - The Prince Albert Raiders are proud to announce that Donn Clark will be inducted in to the Wall Of Honour as a Builder.

Clark served two stints as the head coach of the Prince Albert Raiders before taking over duties as the Director of Hockey Operations and General Manager.

A product of Kelvington, Sask., Clark suited up in 31 games for the Raiders during the 1982-32 season, but is most known for his time behind the bench and in the front office.

Clark joined the Raiders as Head Coach for the 1993-94 season. In his two years behind the bench, Clark had a 75-63-6 record and guided the team to the playoffs in this second season. The Raiders swept the Regina Pats and Saskatoon Blades en route to the Eastern Conference Final, but fell to the Brandon Wheat Kings in seven games.

In his second stint with the Raiders, Clark took over behind the before focusing on his Directory of Hockey Operations duties and taking over as General Manger in 2003. During his time as GM, the Raiders made the playoffs in three of the five seasons including a run to the Eastern Conference Final during the 2004-05 season.

Clark will be honoured in a ceremony prior to Friday's game against the Red Deer Rebels. Tickets are available at the Raider Office and at raiderhockey.com.
