
Cincinnati Adds Three Players from Cleveland

Cincinnati, OH - The Cyclones received three players from the AHL's Cleveland Monsters today. Forwards Roman Ahcan and Jake Gaudet, along with defenseman Ole Julian Bjørgvik Holm, will join Cincinnati for the first road trip of the 2023-24 season.
* Ahcan, a Savage, Minnesota native, has played 94 games over the last two seasons with Cleveland. The 24-year-old tallied 11 goals and 13 points throughout his time in Cleveland. Before signing to play professionally, Ahcan spent four years at the University of Wisconsin and served as the Badgers alternate captain his senior season.
* Gaudet has amassed 68 games with Cleveland over the past three years, earning four goals and nine assists. From Ottawa, Ontario, the 27-year-old was named captain of the UMass Minutemen for his senior season. He capped off his four-year career in Amherst with a NCAA National Championship in 2021.
* Bjørgvik Holm hails from Oslo, Norway and joins the Cyclones during his 3rd pro season. The 21-year-old was selected 145th overall in the 5th round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft by the Columbus Blue Jackets. Last year, the 6'3 defenseman played 25 games for Cleveland and appeared in 19 contests for Kalamazoo in the ECHL.
