
Chiefs Postponed Due to Unplayable Field Conditions

Peoria Chiefs News Release
Davenport, IA - The first game of a four-game series between the Peoria Chiefs and the Quad Cities River Bandits has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions. The two teams will make up the games on Wednesday, June 11, at Modern Woodmen Park with the first game beginning at 6:00 pm. The Chiefs are scheduled to start LH Chris Siegfried (1-4, 6.28) on Tuesday against River Bandits hurler RH Thomas Eager (2-2, 5.48). For Wednesday's doubleheader, the Chiefs will send RH Dae-Eun Rhee (3-1, 1.64) to the mound for game one and RH Alberto Cabrera (4-6, 5.71) for game two. Quad Cities will counter with RH Joshua Wilson (1-1, 4.50) for game one and will start LH Nick Additon (5-2, 2.49) for game two.
Both games of the doubleheader can be heard live on 1350 WOAM
