
Chicago Fire Reschedule Match Against Kansas City Wizards

CHICAGO, IL (May 6, 2010) - The Chicago Fire Soccer Club announced today that the Fire's July 24 match at TOYOTA PARK against the Kansas City Wizards has been rescheduled and will now take place at TOYOTA PARK on Tuesday, October 12 at 7:30 PM CT on Comcast SportsNet.
The match against the Wizards is being moved to accommodate Manchester United's United States tour, which will include a stop in Kansas City on Sunday, July 25. As part of United's tour of the United States, the 18-time English Premier League champions will hold an open training at TOYOTA PARK in Chicago as part of their U.S. tour. Details on United's open training at TOYOTA PARK will be announced at a later date.
In accordance with the Fire's Fan first policy, fans holding a ticket for the Fire-Wizards match will be offered a complimentary ticket to one of the following three matches: the Brimstone Cup match March 27 against FC Dallas, June 9 against the Colorado Rapids or against reigning MLS Cup Champions Real Salt Lake July 8.
