SANTA CRUZ, CA - The Cleveland Charge (13-11) were defeated on the road by the Santa Cruz Warriors (12-10), 115-110, at the Kaiser Permanente Arena on Thursday night.
Cleveland was paced by a trio of 20+ point scoring, double-doubles: Mamadi Diakite netted a team-high 27 points and grabbed 11 rebounds with three blocks in 39 minutes. Jamorko Pickett scored 22 points and grabbed 10 boards in 41 minutes. Sharife Cooper scored 20 points and dished 10 assists in 41 minutes. Isaiah Mobley added 17 points, nine rebounds and five assists in 33 minutes.
On assignment from Golden State, Lester Quinones scored 25 of his game-high 32 points in the first half to lead the Warriors. Jerome Robinson scored 19 points with six assists and four steals in 33 minutes for Santa Cruz. Elijah Pemberton contributed 14 points and seven rebounds in 26 minutes off the bench.
