CANTON, OH - The Canton Charge (4-5), powered by the Cleveland Cavaliers, improved to 2-1 at home to start the season after a 111-103 victory over the Agua Caliente Clippers (4-5) on Wednesday night at the Memorial Civic Center.

Canton was led by Jaron Blossomgame's 24 points and two blocks in 29 minutes and his first start wearing Wine & Gold. Bonzie Colson II had 17 points and seven boards in 29 minutes. Kobi Simmons had 14 points, six rebounds and four steals in 24 minutes. Levi Randolph added 13 points and three steals in 30 minutes off the bench. Canton outscored Agua Caliente in the second half, 61-43, thanks in part to protecting the ball for just two turnovers. The Charge set a team franchise record for low turnovers in a game tonight by surrendering the ball just six times.

Agua Caliente got a big bench double-double of 19 points and 17 rebounds from Angel Delgado in 37 minutes. Manu Lecomte had 21 points and six assists in 38 minutes. Johnathan Motley also netted 21 points with six boards and a pair of blocks in 39 minutes. Jamel Artis added 11 points and six rebounds in 37 minutes.
