BROOKLYN, NY - Chase Chambers doubled twice and drove in two runs to lead the Brooklyn Cyclones, the Short Season, Class A affiliate of the New York Mets, to a 6-2 win over the Williamsport Crosscutters Sunday afternoon in the second of a three-game series at MCU Park.

BIG MOMENTS

Chase Chambers' two-run double, and Wagner Langrange's sacrifice fly, gave Brooklyn a 3-0 lead in the first inning against Williamsport starter Colton Eastman.

The Crosscutters cut the deficit to 4-2 in the fifth on Brayan Gonzalez's RBI double.

With the bases loaded in the seventh, Cyclones reliever Yeudy Colon struck out Ben Aklinski to preserve Brooklyn's 5-2 lead. KEY CYCLONES CONTRIBUTORS

With Sunday's win the Cyclones have won four consecutive games for the third time this season. It's also Brooklyn's second straight series triumph.

Yeudy Colon extended his scoreless streak to a reliever-high 10 innings.

The Cyclones bullpen has allowed three earned runs in the past 26 innings (1.04 ERA).
