Rain Cancels Renegades and Scrappers

Hudson Valley Renegades News Release

NILES, OH -The finale of a three-game series between the Hudson Valley Renegades and Mahoning Valley Scrappers was canceled due to rain Monday evening. Since the teams don't meet the rest of the regular season, the game will not be rescheduled. The series ends as a split with the Renegades winning game one on Saturday, and the Scrappers taking game two on Sunday.

The Renegades return to Dutchess Stadium tomorrow when they begin a six-game homestand against the Connecticut Tigers starting at 7:05. Right-hander Easton McGee (3-1, 4.50 ERA) will toe the bump for Hudson Valley against fellow righty Carlos Guzman (1-1, 4.26 ERA).
