MONTREAL - After a delay of nearly 90 minutes due to inclement weather, CF Montréal lost 1-0 to New York City FC on Saturday at Stade Saputo.
After 618 consecutive minutes without giving up a goal at home in MLS, the Montrealers ultimately conceded when Matias Pellegrini beat Jonathan Sirois with a scissor-kick on the volley in the 33rd minute.
CF Montréal will play again next Saturday against Atlanta United FC at 7:30pm at Stade Saputo (MLS Season Pass, BPM Sports, TSN 690).
