
Cavaliers Assign Kevin Jones to Charge

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Cavaliers have assigned forward Kevin Jones to the Canton Charge, the Cavaliers exclusively owned and operated NBA Development League team, Cavaliers General Manager Chris Grant announced today.
Jones has played in 18 games for the Cavs this season and is averaging 2.1 points and 1.8 rebounds in 9.3 minutes per game. He has appeared in seven games for the Charge this season, averaging 23.0 points and 12.6 rebounds in 39.8 minutes per game. Jones has recorded six double-doubles for Canton on the season.
He is expected to join the team and be available for today's game against Idaho at 11:00 a.m. at the Memorial Civic Center for School Day.
