
Cats lose 3-2 to Cape Breton Screaming Eagles

It was 1-0 Cape Breton at the end of the first. The Eagles got the only goal of the second to make it 2-0 after 40 minutes. The Wildcats got close at 2:43 of the third, tied the game at 7:53 but Cape Breton got the winner at 8:42 of the final frame.
Shots on goal 36-24 for the Cats.
Wildcats next home game will be New Year's Eve in round four of the Rivalry Cup against the Saint John Sea Dogs with Nicola Riopel back in the Moncton goal.
