WORCESTER, M.A. - Triston Casas, Deivy Grullón and Christin Stewart clubbed home runs in a Worcester Red Sox (51-48) win, a 4-1 victory in the series finale against the Buffalo Bisons (52-47) on Sunday afternoon.

In the third, Casas gave the WooSox the lead with a solo homer to right at Sahlen Field, his second long ball in three days. Since returning to Triple-A from an ankle injury on July 22, Casas is 7-for-37 with two home runs and three RBI.

Working in a bullpen game, A.J. Politi and Durbin Feltman each tossed two scoreless innings. Politi struck out three in his second start with Worcester, while Feltman did not allow a hit.

It remained a 1-0 game entering the top of the fifth, a frame that began with a leadoff infield single from Jose Peraza. Grullón followed with a two-run homer to left, a monster shot for his first long ball since June 30.

Buffalo pushed one across in the bottom of the fifth after a Cullen Large triple-Large came home on a passed ball to make it 3-1.

In the top of the sixth, Worcester got that run back immediately on a solo shot from Stewart to right-center. Stewart's swing gives him his team-leading 17th home run of the season, moving him into a tie for fifth-most in the International League.

Chase Shugart delivered scoreless seventh and eighth innings, and Frank German closed the day with a runless ninth.

The WooSox are off Monday and begin a six-game series at Polar Park on Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. against the Durham Bulls, affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays. Radio coverage is live at 6:25 p.m. on 100 FM The Pike, 98.9 Nash Icon and the WooSox Radio Network, while television coverage is on NESN+ tape delay.
