Caruso Returns; Bohmbach, Hostetter to Adirondack

TRENTON, N.J. - The Trenton Titans announced goalie Dave Caruso has returned from loan to Charlotte (AHL), forward Andy Bohmbach has been recalled by Adirondack (AHL), defenseman Tyler Hostetter has been reassigned to the Phantoms and goalie Nick Niedert has been released.

Caruso previously appeared in 33 games with the Titans, with an 11-16-3-2 mark, 3.32 goals-against average and .901 save percentage. He started one game during his stint with Charlotte.

Bohmbach scored a trio of goals in this past weekend, helping the Titans go 1-1-0-1-3 in contests at Cincinnati and Wheeling and a 4-2 win over Elmira at home last Sunday. He is tied with forward Rob Bordson for the club lead in goals with 16. Hostetter appeared in 22 games with the Titans, scoring seven points (4 goals, 3 assists).

Niedert started a pair of games for the Titans this past weekend, going 0-1-0-1 with a goals-against average of 3.39 and save percentage of .894

The Titans (16-25-3-4-39) are home for the club's Educational Day game with Reading, which begins at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, and welcome the Royals at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17 - a Papa John's Family Pizza Friday - then Wheeling at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, followed by a full-team autograph session. Sandwiched in between is a 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18 visit to Elmira.
