Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have made four player moves impacting their Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats prior to tonight's third game of their series against Jacksonville.
RHP Brandon Villafuerte and LHP Ben Julianel have been added to the Mudcats' roster, while RHP Scott Tyler has been placed on the seven-day disabled list retroactive to August 8th and RHP Jesus Silva has been sent to High-A Jupiter.
The move maintains Carolina's roster at 24 active players, with Julianel and Villafuerte expected to be in uniform tonight against the Suns.
