
Cardinals Rained Out on Tuesday

Springfield Cardinals News Release
The Springfield Cardinals' game with the Wichita Wranglers on Tuesday night has been rained out and will be made up as part of a double-header on Thursday. The double-header will begin at 5:00pm and game two will follow approximately 30 minutes following the completion of game one.
Wednesday's game between the Cardinals and Wranglers is scheduled for an 11:00am start time. Mitchell Boggs (1-2) will take on John Bale (0-0), who is scheduled to pitch just two innings. Danny Christensen (0-0), the originally scheduled starter for Tuesday night, will follow after Bale's two innings are up.
Thursday's double-header will feature Springfield's Cory Rauschenberger (0-2) in game one and Kevin Ool (1-0) in game two. Wichita will go with Luke Hochevar (2-2) in game one with Mike Connolly (2-0) taking the mound in game two.
Don't forget that the Cardinals return home to Hammons Field for eight straight days, beginning this Saturday night, May 5th.
